Your order history
and status may be checked by logging in to your Saint Curl account.
Clicking the login icon at the top right hand corner will take you to
your profile page, where you can review your order history. Unfortunately we do not have tracked shipping
confirmation emails yet, but we are working on it. In the meantime, you can drop a message on the chat or write to firstname.lastname@example.org!
Unfortunately not always, however if it has not been processed and we receive an email within the same day, we just might be able to stop processing. Write to email@example.com and we can definetly try and work something out!
We aim to
process orders within the same day or next. However we cannot guarantee it as we work with external shipping providers and hence order fulfilment may take longer after sales
and around holidays. But 95% of our orders are processed within the estimated delivery time.
If your parcel arrives with missing products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate the product.
If your parcel arrives with damaged products, please email us at email@example.com and we will ship the same product free of charge and with a free shipping coupon for your next order! If in case we do not have the product we will refund the product cost plus provide a free shipping coupon for your next order!
Returns will be accepted for reasons of
error made by us (i.e. you did not receive the item you ordered) or
because items are faulty or broken.
A refund will be issued provided that:
You contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within
20 business days of receiving the item, citing your order number and
identifying the defect. Please retain and send photographic evidence the
error or damage.
If your request is approved, we will
give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s) and the return
Your refund will be processed, and a
credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original
method of payment. Keep in mind, there is often some processing time
before a refund is posted
