Flat Shipping rate
For orders priced under $20 will be FREE
For orders priced $20-$100 will be $10 flat fee
For orders priced $100-$150 will be $5 flat fee
For orders priced $150 and above will be FREE.
Shipping Policy
We ensure that the products are shipped the same/next business day the orders are received.
We are experiencing delays in our shipping. Our normal delivery schedule is
4-8 business days for all NZ orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you no longer want your unused products, contact us within 14 days of receiving them and we will give you the option to return the product for store credit or return the product for a refund. We will only accept unopened products as a return.
Customers who want to return their purchase for a refund will be required to pay for their return shipping. Refunds will be provided for the cost of the product only. Once we receive the product(s), we will issue a refund. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process depending on your banking institution.
